Flora and Madonna

Flora & Madonna is a portrait series exploring the connection between women and nature, using flowers as symbolic elements woven into each composition. Through this project, I photographed a diverse range of women, pairing them with different flowers to highlight themes of beauty, resilience, and individuality.

Flowers have long been associated with femininity, growth, and transformation, and in this series, they serve as both an accent and an extension of the subjects. Whether evoking strength through bold, structured blooms or softness through delicate petals, each pairing reflects something unique about the woman being photographed. Using Lightroom, I refined the images to enhance the interplay of light, texture, and color, ensuring each frame captured the emotional depth and organic elegance of the concept.

This project is an exploration of identity, storytelling, and the way nature intertwines with personal expression, resulting in a collection that is visually rich and deeply meaningful.
